We make every effort to display our jewellery accurately. Photographs are taken under studio lighting and colours may vary slightly on different screens. Handcrafted pieces may show minor variations in finish, and weights may vary marginally from those listed.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Gold and silver pieces priced by weight are calculated from the live metal rate shown on our site plus making charges.
• Rate-linked prices change with the market; the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance once payment is received and the order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payments are handled securely by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your payment credentials.

Our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked and diamonds are supplied with the relevant certification where applicable. Certificates are included with your order and must be retained for exchange, buy-back or return.

All content on this website — including photographs, designs, text and logos — belongs to Neesa Jewellers and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts local to our registered place of business.
