Shipping & Returns

• Free insured shipping on all orders above ₹25,000.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies to orders below that value.
• We currently ship across India only.

• Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Made-to-order and customised pieces take 10–15 business days to craft.
• Delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• You will receive tracking details on your registered phone and email once dispatched.

If something isn't right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice and certification.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to raise a request.
• Once approved, we arrange a pickup or you may return the item to our showroom.
• The piece is inspected by our quality team on receipt.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Customised, engraved or made-to-order pieces.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration.
• Pieces returned without the original invoice, certification or packaging.
• Earrings and nose pins, for hygiene reasons (except manufacturing defects).

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
